Step 1. Complete the following information form. E-mail to listme@floridarealestateinvestors.com a picture of your home (or mail it-call for address). Include phone number where brokers can contact you directly.

Step 2.We send you a multi listing form in your area.

Step 3. Fill out the form and fax it to 1-866-302-8414 or email it to listme@floridarealestateinvestors.com .

Step 4. We post your listing with the Multiple Listing Service and contact you with the listing number and downloaded data. The fee is $399.00 in substantially the entire U.S. However, some areas may be slightly higher. Please call 1-954-608-2713 to confirm your pricing. Please then return to this page and obtain a copy of the Listing Agreement. Complete it and fax it to (866) 302-8414.

Step 5. Your home is listed for 6 months with a free extensions. Brokers have access to your listing immediately. It takes a couple of days for it to be available on-line for the public ie. www.Realtor.com and for your picture to appear.

BOTH ARE AVAILABLE AT OUR WEBSITE.

After we post your listing we will (1) make the changes you direct and (2) refer calls to you. We are not otherwise acting as your agent or in any other capacity. Thus you agree to handle showings and pay any broker who brings you a purchaser (which unless you indicate otherwise includes those who viewed your home before the date of this agreement) the commission indicated below. You indemnify us if any listing information is inaccurate, the buyer’s broker does not receive the commission due or you violate applicable law. You are free to sell the home yourself at anytime. We have no control over and do not screen those who view listed properties. When you sign a contract and again when you close you shall within 24 hours of each event supply us in writing with the (a) contract date, (b) closing date and (c) sales price. If you fail to do so we will be fined and you hereby agree to reimburse us for any such fines and acknowledge that we will assert a lien at closing. KEEP A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT.
